What to expect during your pet's appointment

Dr. Couch will arrive at your house at the agreed upon appointment time. Please be available on time. Please secure any other pets or humans that may disrupt your pet when they are receiving their treatments. Please have a clean, clear, calm, temperature controlled, and comfortable space available. Ideally this is an area that is not hard or slippery (think rugs, carpet, rubber matting, etc), however Dr. Couch does provide some! Please be available to stay with your pet during their full treatment. Expect approximately 1.5-2 hours for the initial consultation and treatment and 45 min-1 hour for follow up treatments. Dr. Couch is available for additional questions, but please keep in mind she charges an additional fee for extended appointment time. This is to ensure she provides each pet with a dedicated, personalized, detailed experience.

Dr. Couch does provide some treats and bedding, non-slip surfaces, calming music, essential oils, etc., but if your pet has a favorite treat or blanket/bed, please consider providing it for their session for optimal comfort.
